Return Policy

At Wine-Wall.com, we fully stand behind our products and ensure a successful delivery of your order. If your order arrives damaged, tampered with or if you receive the wrong product, please inform us and we will provide you with return instructions. Once the order is delivered to Wine-Wall.com with all the included hardware, we will provide you with a full refund within 30 days of placing your order. We believe 30 days is an adequate time window to receive your order, inspect and inform us with your intentions on returning the product. Refunds requested due to sizing, colour and/or any other reason other than the product being damaged or non-functional will be accepted, however a re-stocking fee will apply.

Please contact us prior to shipping your product back to Wine-Wall.com to find out the restocking fee. Fees range between 15% - 30%. Please read the product's page prior to ordering to ensure the product is what you would like to receive. Please do not take it upon yourself to return the products. Contact us first and we'll provide clear instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number . This will avoid any costs (brokerage/custom fees) associated back to you to process the refund.
