But I don't see the HTTPS on my browswer! Is it safe?
ABSOLUTELY. Yes, it is essential to check for an "HTTPS" on your browser's address bar before entering any credit card information. Otherwise the page is not encrypted and your financial information could be compromised and stolen. Since all our transactions are processed by Paypal, when it comes time to enter your credit card or billing information you will be on Paypal's servers which will be HTTPS secured and fully encrypted for your protection.

Do you ship your racks pre-assembled:
YES. All our Exibit family of racks come pre-assembled. When you receive your product, you will find your rack fully assembled. However, no hardware (screws, plugs, anchors) is included in the shipment.

Do you ship outside of the U.S. and Canada:
Wine-Wall.com will be more than glad to ship our products worldwide. The shipping cost you see on our website upon checkout is for shipments going to Continental USA and Canada. For customers residing outside this area (including customers residing in Hawaii & Alaska) and overseas, please email us for a quote to deliver the product to your country. We've shipped to the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy and even Australia!

What is your return policy:

What are your Exibit line of wine racks made of:
There are 2 components to our Exibit wine racks. First is the hook or the "saddle" the bottle sits on. The hook is made of a very durable plastic called polypropyline that, in addition to its good looks, is very durable. A single hook has been tested to resist weights of 37 pounds before slightly bending out of shape. If you find a bottle of that weight, by all means invite us over to the party!! The second component to our Exibit wine racks is the wood where the hooks sit on. We carry 3 types of wood. Pine, Oak and Mahogany. All boards are hand-picked and closely examined for defects such as knots, slivers, sap stains and other imperfections. All boards are sanded and all edges are smoothed. If you like dark woods, we recommend going with a mahogany finish. If you would like to accentuate the grain in the wood, the oak wine racks are what you are looking for. If you are looking for a clean sharp finish, select the pine Exibit.
