Q: How secure is Wine-Wall.com? Is my private information safe?

A: Wine-Wall.com is 100% safe and secure. Employees of Wine-Wall.com will not distribute your private information and will not sell your contact information to other companies.

Q: Do you ship your racks pre-assembled?

A: YES. All our Exibit family of racks come pre-assembled. When you receive your product, you will find your rack fully assembled. However, no hardware (screws, plugs, anchors) is included in the shipment.

Q: Do you manufacture all the products you carry?

A: No. We originally launched Wine-Wall.com with our flagship "Exibit" line of wine racks and the "Wine Saddle" wine racking system. Over the years, we manufactured additional products for sale on our website and teamed up with other wine-related companies to distribute their products.

Q: When will I receive my order?

A:We are currently shipping orders within 5 to 7 days. Feel free to contact our customer service department at orders@Wine-Wall.com if you are wondering about the status of your order.

Q: Who can I contact regarding my order?

A:Upon submitting your order, you should have received a tracking number allowing you to track the shipment of your order. If you did not receive your tracking number, please contact us at orders@Wine-Wall.com

Q: Do you ship outside of the US and Canada?

A: At this point in time Wine-Wall.com does NOT ship outside of the U.S. and Canada. If it is important for you please send us an e-mail and we will advise you of the additional cost involved.

Q: Will my order incur additional customs or brokerage fees?

A: We deal with retailers in Canada and the USA. Certain products are shipped from the USA and others from Canada and are subject to customs or brokerage fees when the product "crosses" the border to its destination. If you have any questions regarding additional shipping fees, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Q: What is your return policy

A: We fully stand behind our products. If you are not fully satisfied, get in touch with us and we will provide you with the Return Goods Authorization and shipping instructions. We will credit your account once the goods are received. There could be some restocking fees applicable depending on the matter of your return.
