All our orders are promptly received through an email notification (during office hours) or via mobile device. Once your order is placed, the odds are strong that your order will be processed within the next 24 hours. We have a few products that are hand made on a per-order basis and have a longer lead time before we ship. We've clearly highlighted the products in question on the description section of the product page.
Most products are shipped with UPS or FedEx so within 24-48 hours after placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your package has been shipped and will provide you with a tracking number and web address to follow the status of your shipments. Certain products are too small to ship through UPS / FedEx and are shipped through regular post. As mentioned above, the products in question will be clearly marked on the product description page and we will provide you shipping details and expected delivery times.
